As the Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting raw materials and finished goods to ensure compliance with Quality System Regulations (QSR) and other applicable standards. Your role will involve leveraging your knowledge of quality systems to administer and uphold quality protocols, with proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints being essential.
• Support product inspection, disposition, and other assigned activities on the manufacturing floor and within the quality department.
• Participate in all Quality Systems investigations (NCMR, CAPA, SCAR, Complaints, etc.) and assist in processing receipt, failure analysis, and disposal of complaint products.
• Conduct documentation reviews to ensure accuracy, completion, and adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Ensure that all Quality System documentation and record-keeping activities are conducted in accordance with established procedures and work instructions.
• Apply basic knowledge and/or experience related to IPC-A-610 standards for Class I, II, and III.
• Ensure compliance with RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) or other relevant requirements.
• 2-5 years of manufacturing experience in a regulated environment.
• Certifications in inspection techniques or related product expertise.
• IPC certification or equivalent related to the print circuit board.
• Working knowledge of FCC Quality System Regulations.

This position requires the ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods, use hands for magnification device operations, and distinguish colors. Good visual, listening, hearing, and communication skills (written and verbal) are essential. Occasional lifting and carrying of equipment up to 50 lbs. may be required, with or without accommodation.
